The growth team seeks a visionary Marketing Manager to drive the strategic direction of our priority industries and advisory lines to support the firm’s overall growth strategy. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing tailored marketing strategies and driving awareness, demand, and client engagement. This role involves deep knowledge of industry-specific challenges, trends, and client needs to position the company’s products and services as the ideal solutions. This is a collaborative role with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing operations, and industry & service-line teams to align go-to-market strategies and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
The ideal candidate has expertise in B2B marketing and a proven ability to develop targeted campaigns that drive measurable results.
What you will do:
Industry-Specific Marketing Strategy
• Develop and execute industry or advisory-focused marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and target market needs.
• Conduct market research to understand industry or advisory-specific trends, client pain points and competitive landscape.
Demand Generation & Campaign Management
• Collaborate with our Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Manager to create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, social media, events) aimed at generating qualified leads and driving awareness within specific industries.
• Develop industry or advisory-specific content, including case studies, whitepapers, webinars and articles to showcase thought leadership and address industry needs.
• Measure and optimize campaign performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
Sales Enablement & Alignment
• Work closely with Business Development Executives to ensure marketing initiatives support sales efforts and pipeline goals.
• Develop and deliver industry or advisory-specific sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks, sell sheets, and industry insights to empower the sales team to engage prospects more effectively.
• Provide ongoing training to sales teams on industry or advisory-specific trends, buyer personas, and marketing campaigns to align efforts and increase conversions.
• Assist sales teams with targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, focusing on high-priority accounts in key industries.
Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement
• Collaborate with the Content & Communication Manager to create industry-focused thought leadership pieces including articles, whitepapers, and webinars.
• Stay current on industry trends and innovations, bringing new ideas and opportunities to the growth and service teams.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Track and report on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, client acquisition costs, and ROI.
• Use data to continuously refine and optimize industry marketing strategies and tactics to improve results.
What you bring:
• Bachelor’s degree, in marketing, business, communications or another related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience in a professional services or highly matrixed environment - accounting industry preferred.
• Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and the ability to develop tailored marketing strategies to address them.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
