What you will do…
•    Lead and/or contribute to the planning, management, issuance of financial statements, and successful completion of accounting and auditing projects
•    Recommend solutions and takes timely action on communications with the client, staffing requirements, job planning, scheduling, and other matters
•    Coordinate and communicate progress of engagements
•    Delegates work to team, ensuring that workflow is being managed effectively
•    Utilize knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and industry experience to identify & resolve client issues
•    Perform reviews of reports and presentations to ensure the highest quality
•    Communicate business improvement opportunities
•    Assist with client presentations
•    Business development with new clients and build/manage current client relationships
•    Perform data gathering, analysis, and reporting
•    Maintain thorough and accurate documentation


What you bring…

•    Required: CPA
•    Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting
•    Required: 5+ years of public accounting experience 
•    Required: Experience working with clients in the construction industry (additional work with manufacturing/distribution, professional services, technology, and real estate clients a plus)
•    Strong analytical, research, and audit project management skills; including proficiency in GAAP and GAAS rules, procedures, and standards
•    Experience drafting Financial Statements a plus
•    Employee Benefit Plan experience a plus
•    Strong problem-solving and communication skills
•    Effective multitasker, able to prioritize and organize several engagements & teams simultaneously
•    Client service oriented
